Who we are

What we collect on this website

We use Mixpanel (with data hosted on servers in the European Union) for site usage statistics (pages visited, clicks and interactions) which help us improve it. We do not record sessions and never sell this data. Beyond that, we only collect data you send us voluntarily (for example, when you contact us by email).

Data in the application

When you create a Mimic Task account, we process the data needed to provide the service: account details (name, email), the credentials of the portals you choose to automate (stored encrypted), and the logs of the automations you run. This data is processed solely to operate the service and is never sold to third parties.

Payments

When paid subscriptions launch, payments will be processed by Stripe. Card details are handled directly by Stripe and never touch our servers.

Your rights

• Access, correct or delete your personal data.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Portugal, the CNPD).
